33 year old female wanted to change the appearance of her nose. She wanted a more feminine profile, less bulbous tip, as well as a smaller and more rotated nose. Dr. Lozada performed a endonasal “scarless” rhinoplasty to bring her bridge down and created a smaller and more refined nose with an endonasal lateral crural overlay and tip stitches.
