Procedure Description:
33 year old female with difficulty breathing and a desire for changes to the appearance of her nose. She desired a straighter dorsum and refinement of her bulbous nasal tip. She had a deviated septum with the caudal (front) portion visible outside the nose. She underwent an endonasal “scarless” septorhinoplasty to fix her breathing with septal repositioning, alar rim grafts, as well as dorsal hump reduction, tip sutures, and osteotomies. She is thrilled with her result and so are we!
