49 year old female with previous history of nasal trauma from a fall. This led to difficulty breathing as well as palpable edges on her nasal dorsum that she did not like. She underwent an endonasal “scarless” rhinoplasty to bring the bridge down, achieve a smooth contour, alleviate her nasal obstruction, and straighten her nose.
