33 year old female wanted to change the appearance of her nose. She wanted a more feminine profile, less bulbous tip, as well as a smaller and more rotated nose. Dr. Lozada performed a endonasal “scarless” rhinoplasty to bring her bridge down and created a smaller and more refined nose with an endonasal lateral crural overlay and tip stitches. She absolutely loves her new nose and we love it to!
Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos
33 year old female with difficulty breathing and a desire for changes to the appearance of her nose. She desired a straighter dorsum and refinement of her bulbous nasal tip. She had a deviated septum with the caudal (front) portion visible outside the nose. She underwent an endonasal “scarless” septorhinoplasty to fix her breathing with septal repositioning, alar rim grafts, as well as dorsal hump reduction, tip sutures, and osteotomies. She is thrilled with her result and so are we!
20 year old male who desired both functional and cosmetic changes to the nose. He struggled with nasal airway obstruction and a severely deviated septum. He also did not like his dorsal hump and twist to his nose on the frontal view. He underwent a endonasal “scarless” rhinoplasty and septoplasty to improve his nasal breathing as well as change the appearance of his nose. These post op photos are 3 months after his surgery showing a straight dorsum and straight appearance of his nose. He was thrilled with the results as were we!
