46 year old female referred to me with a history of two previously rhinoplasties with a residual asymmetry and twist to her left. She did not want to undergo a third surgery thus non-surgical rhinoplasty to balance her asymmetry was the perfect option. We used 0.25cc of filler to volumize the right side of her dorsum and improve the overall harmony of her nose.
